I question why this video ends after only 55 secs of footage? This could easily be the lights of an airplane distorted by a haze or light fog. Video is not long enough to discern if these lights are stationary for a significant length of time.

This seems to be a plane, planes normally 'appear' to be stationary when the are coming towards you, they then suddenly bank to the left or right depending on where they intend to land.
I seen the same light in Daytona Beach 5 months ago. It was late at night and it made no sound! Freaky!!!!
