This video is from China (note ideogram in upper right corner). Perhaps it also flew over Kazakhstan, I don't know. The People's Daily had an article and photo July 6.

This resembles very closely the kind of shots that were televised by cameras following the old Saturn 5 launches from Cape Kennedy. The beautiful effect of the cloud changing shape are simply due to the end of a thrust phase in one of the rocket stages. This is no UFO. Too sustained and too like other things we have seen. I don't think aliens would use thruster rockets....

no, i can confirm, this exact video was recorded in Kazakhstan on 6-30-10
