Latest UFO sightings – This report of the UFO sighting over Aiken in SC (South Carolina) was submitted to me today.
Witness report: October 29-30
On my way home from a gig on late Friday night, October 29, 2010, into early Saturday morning (12:40-3am), I noticed a strange “star” that seemed like it was pulsing different colors. When I finally got closer to my dads house, I stopped on the side of the road and stood so a telephone pole was directly in sight next to the object in the sky to prove to myself it wasn’t just a plane or weather balloon. After starring at this object for roughly 3 minutes, I decided I had to get home and get the camera out to get a closer look. I had to wake up my dad because I knew I needed someone else to see this. We recorded, what we’re starting to believe as a UFO, for about 8 minutes before deciding it wasn’t going to move so it was, more than likely, nothing. I continued to observe the object every 15 minutes or so until around 3am when I finally feel asleep. The next day I watched the video on a 48″ plasma TV and pause the video and realized there was structure to the light and there were more than just one source OF these lights.
October 30-31st
The next day we went out again to catch it on film. This time we had my sister and her boyfriend, a close friend of the family and his wife, my mom and dad and my girlfriend with us. We saw nothing. I checked again myself before going to bed around 2:30am October 31st and still saw nothing.
October 31st
After not seeing the object the previous day, I decided that it was a one time thing and I had won the lottery by catching ANYTHING on film like this! My girlfriend, Shana, and I stepped outside for a cigarette and what we saw began a long night of many different objects. The first one appeared to be the same as the object I had caught on film 2 nights before… only this one was moving. It was lowering towards the ground. We then noticed 3 planes flying around the object. When it disappeared behind the tree line, we started to scan the sky to see if there were more and we were not disappointed. We saw 2 more of the same object along with between 4-7 planes. We’re unsure of the number because they could have been circling out of our sight and coming back, but at one given point or another, we saw 4 in the same airspace at the same time.
After watching them with Shana and her son, David (9), for roughly 15 minutes, we went back inside. My curiosity wasn’t filled yet and I went outside again when I heard a plane rather close to the house. I watched it for close to 2 minutes when I saw an object roughly 50 yards (judging by how low the plane was) in front of the plane streak across the sky, leaving a short moment of two dark yellow streaks of light behind it and moving in complete silence. I went back inside insisting that Shana come back outside. As we stood in the front yard we saw another object coming our direction as low as the plane was a few minutes before. Only this object made no noise and didn’t have the lights that planes have. By the time we noticed it, it was already directly over head…. had it been a plane that low, it wouldn’t have been able to sneak up on us the way it had. From the rear, it seemed to have a direct line of lights, mostly ambers, running from end to end and on each far end, a brighter bigger light. Again, we watched it until it was gone and went back inside.
While I was in the living room looking up any previous sightings in our area, Shana saw something else on 2 separate occasions that I did not witness.
On November 2nd around 11:30pm, we saw several of the bright objects I filmed in different areas of the sky and multiple smaller crafts darting around the sky surrounding them. The only night I had the video camera with me though was the first, October 29th 12:45-3:00 am.
