A rotating satellite?
Where was the recorded and do you know an approximate time?
I realize that there was a meteor shower going on Monday night, but what we experieced was not a meteor.
I live in Calgary, Alberta and on this date sometime between 5:15am and 5:30am I was out on my balcony and I saw something come from the sky that definately wasn't a jet or meteorite. It was very bright with a distinct oval shape with no trail from behind. It made no sound and moved steady. Too large and fast for a jet, too slow to be burning debris falling into the atmosphere. This would be a IFO .Its a satellite.This is commonly called an iridium flare.Your catching the glare of reflected sunlight coming off of the sheet metal casing.Ive seen this hundreds of times.
