I have a friend in NYC that was a Navy Seal ,and he said when he was on an aircraft carrier while way out at sea, he witnessed by accident a flying saucer being tested after all hands were ordered off the deck. A disk "about 25 ft across"was loaded on to the deck from a lower level.This disk lifted off the deck and flew in a 5 mile circle in a few seconds. A guard saw my friend peering
