• This looks like one of two things: #1 a large piece of plastic wrap that has somehow managed to get to this height riding wind currents, or #2 That solar plane array that can't fly indefinately by using the sun as power source.

• Maybe a piece of plastic rubbish caught in the wind from a hollywood set. However something either appears or falls off of it at 0:31 sec just to the lower right of the object. Unusual at least. Good catch.

• We clearly see a white flying wing. Similarities to a glider [manned or unmanned].Thanks for the view.

• Well, I'll be. I saw the exact same thing 3 weeks ago, Sunday about 12:30 p.m. over the hills north west of the San Fernando Valley!
