This looks like one of two things: #1 a large piece of plastic wrap that has somehow managed to get to this height riding wind currents, or #2 That solar plane array that can't fly indefinately by using the sun as power source.
Maybe a piece of plastic rubbish caught in the wind from a hollywood set. However something either appears or falls off of it at 0:31 sec just to the lower right of the object. Unusual at least. Good catch.
