i saw the same in germany near munich , it but it was fliing like in waves an faster!
I live in Sydney and on August 1st and 2nd while walking the dogs at approximately seven pm, I too saw what was like a shooting star in reverse. At first I thought, oh wow, beautiful shooting star and then it was like wait a minute? Shooting stars go down not back up!
