The ufo over Melbourne I saw the same thing fly above my home in the UK on September 1st 2011. I opened my window to try and get a photo but I was to slow,the craft was quite low down but made no sound.This is a copy of my sighting on the UK ufo sightings. My opinion is that it's an airplane on approach for landing coming in at about 20-30 degrees off of a heading of directly toward you. This would explain why the port side (right side to the viewer) light appears slightly brighter than the other two. To be sure, it would help to know your exact location and the exact direction you were facing as you took the video.
