Hey im from Fremont, Ohio. me and my friends seen the same exact thing when we were driving. its crazy was on that same night too.
Actually yes, that looks exactly like the sparklers I saw on skydivers coming down to an event when I was in high school. Seems to me, though, that there would be some record of a sky diving event at the time, not to mention that it seems petty to have them perform for a high school football game (no offense to the school spirit, of course).
Looks like the parachute things.. Where the jumpers have those fountains on their shoes..
or flare,so synchronizious mouvements...
I doubt the military would drop flares anywhere near Scottsdale, too much population density. However if the camera is facing East, depending on the location, you would be able to see the Apaches take off from the Boeing plant in Mesa. So that would be my best guess on this.
