I've seen the EXACT same thing a few times in Florida where I live. What the heck are these?! The ones I saw were very bright like this (easily seen without night vision)...super high altitude...eventually starts to fade to nothing in the space of about 10 seconds.
They are alien crafts. They are seen in every country and will become more prevalent each and every day.
Probably it's a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object).
