I feel that we have another Chupacabra type case here. I don't think "they" are extraterrestrials just for the fact that this creature can breed our air, and move in our atmosphere without the help of anything. It could also be the result of a secret biologic experiment that went wrong, and maybe that is why the government is trying to deny its existence.
