As the debate over Chemtrails continues, emerging details of its effects on the weather have been surfacing and are being widely voiced by numerous reputable scholars. The involvement of individuals such as Scott Stevens, an award winning television weatherman, who for over ten years has been investigating the subject of “Full Time Weather Modification,” makes it impossible to ignore those consistent smoky trails we see in our skies. Through what is being classified as Geo-Engineering, Chemtrails and the alleged main elements which it releases, Aluminum and Barium, combined with HAARP technology, possess the ability to change weather patterns in any part of the world. It is becoming increasingly difficult to discount the Chemtrail phenomena as simple trails of water condensation, or contrails.
Since 2007, billionaire, former CEO and current chairman of Microsoft, Bill Gates; a strong proponent of Geo-Engineering, is purported to have been investing millions of dollars towards weather modification research. Although Mr. Gates holds conferences predicting how the weather in the near future will negatively impact the earth, he is not forthcoming regarding the methods being used, Chemtrails and HAARP. The effects of HAARP using Extremely Low Frequency, or ELFs on the weather are continually undergoing in depth studies by many professionals in the field of weather phenomena and metaphysics. Dr. Brooks Agnew who has been studying ELFs for many years, devised an experiment (see the experiment: http://youtu.be/sISdgA0NbRM), visually displaying how ELFs can affect the stratosphere; the part of the atmosphere where our weather occurs. It is clearly visible to see how clouds can be pushed and directed towards desired geo-locations.
Furthering the efforts of providing an understanding of what we are seeing in our skies which potentially could affect the weather, fifteen experts in Chemtrails and Metaphysics are holding a live conference in August 2012, to discuss and divulge hard core facts regarding the matter. A follow up video to the popular “What in the World are They Spraying,” titled “Why in the World are They Spraying?” will debut at the conference.

There is no doubt that Chemtrails and HAARP can be exhaustively complicated, not only to follow, but also to believe in its credibility. However, with all the continuing attention which it is constantly receiving, ignoring it just does not seem an option. Awareness is rising and answers are being sought.

If you don't understand how it all comes together, you will get confused. It is not paranoid conjecture, I'm not paranoid, I'm just paying attention to the reality around us. You can watch all the UFO videos you like, because I also do, but understand that this is very tangible. Just be patient, no harm in that. -dc

huge leaps in logic abound in sites like this.<br />it seems there has been aliens around at least since mankind's earliest civilizations. obviously if they were advanced enough back then to visit here via intersteller travel and possibly to alter or even recreate life here then they have overwhelming technological advantages to the point they know what we or our "evil government"
