Looks like Felix's ballon falling back to earth
what an interesting video. Now I admit I am not an expert, but this appears to be FAKE! at times looks like 2 nails or screws laid head to toe on a surface as there is actually a reflection BEHIND the object(s). or will someone claim it is "lens flare" LOL!!! nice try...not!
at least it,s a new type.
If you examine the still photos (see Filer's Files), it is clear that the object is not man-made, nor is it likely a fake. It is quite unlike any common UFO configurations. Thanks to Allen Epling for some very interesting pictures.
Nice trick with a desk lamp and a window
It appears to be filmed through a piece of plexiglas with 2 large scratches in it. This causes the very bright reflection of the sun in the scratches. Most probably fake. It doesn't have any movement at all.
it looks like two long ballones tie togeather with some glair from a camera looking in a telescope. just saying.
At least it prompted some intelligent comments. Beats the hell outta "unknown lights in the dark sky".
lOOKS LIKE THAT BALLOON THAT WENT UP 24 MILES AND THE DUDE JUMPED OUT AND THEN THE CAPSULE CAME BACK TO EARTH BUT THE BALLOON FULL OF HELEIUM WAS LEFT TO COME BACK SOME DAY
One good video capture and so “many experts” to controvert it!? Haha, who pays you? Can you make for a moment that this is true, then what?

I see that the object moves around its axis and would like to know its approximate size and how far away it is?
