UFO Researcher Urges U.S. Military Veterans To Share UFO Experiences

U.S. military veterans are being asked by a UFO researcher to share their experiences with unidentified flying objects over nuclear plants since the Cold War era.

Robert Hastings wants Army veterans to reach him about their UFO sightings nuclear weapon storage sites, atomic bomb test areas and nuclear missile factories. He was one of the sponsors of the UFOs and Nukes press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The event was streamed live by CNN.

Several veterans from the U.S. Air force attended the press conference and discussed UFO invasion at several intercontinental ballistic missile sites, including the Weapons Storage Area at England’s RAF Bentwaters.

On March 24, 1967, an unusual activity happened at Malmstrom AFB, Montana wherein security officers claimed that they saw unidentified flying and glowing object in disc-shape over the Oscar Flight Launch Control Facility that caused several missiles to malfunction inexplicably. As of September 2012, residents reported UFO sightings near the facility.

On the other hand, similar cases of UFO activity at nuclear weapon facilities were disclosed by the Russian Army veterans during the Soviet Army regime. One of the cases involved the temporary activation of nuclear missiles due to the appearance of a disc-shape flying object on October 4, 1982. In addition, a ufo directed laser beams onto a Soviet Union-owned nuclear missile warhead depot on July 28 and 29, 1989.

Hastings hopes to publish more information about UFO sightings but is willing accept confidentiality as per request. He also believes that facts relating to UFOs and nuclear weapons should be disclosed to the American public.

  • I feel the word TRESSPASSING works far better than INVASION. Sorry but hearing the word Invasion is confussing to some and might be taken wrongly.

  • 1<br />I recently noted the above comments regarding UFO interference with ICBM sites at Malmstrom AFB in March 1967, and decided to correct a few misconceptions Robert seems to be so obsessed with. This apparently stems, for the most part, from his refusal to accept the claims of the only two people who were present at the time: Eric Carlson, the commander of Echo Flight, and Walt Figel, his

  • 3<br />&quot;My memory is quite good regarding the events at Malmstrom and there is no doubt in my mind that there were no reports of UFO&#39;s and no incident at Oscar flight. I will be willing to discuss this with anyone who is truly interested in the facts.&quot;<br /><br />His deputy commander at Echo Flight, COL (Ret.) Walter Figel, Jr., has insisted as well that UFOs were not involved, and

  • 4<br />&quot;Fifth – The event at Malmstrom has a hand written log from me that was turned in just like all the other logs that I wrote over several years. I would think that if I wrote something like that in the log, there would be copies, it would have been classified at the beginning and then released along with the classified SAC messages and base reports. Nothing in that urgent SAC message

  • 5<br />For nearly ten years Salas was using Meiwald as confirmation of the events at both November Flight and Oscar Flight, stating that either my father or someone else called Meiwald on March 16 and told him all about Echo Flight. When interviewed by Hastings, Meiwald stated, &quot;Whatever happened over at Echo, I have no idea.&quot; He has rebuffed completely the attempts by Hastings and

  • In legal aspects, assault is the threat to do harm and battery is the actual touching.<br /><br />When our deciders went ahead with the building of nuclear weapons, is that not an assault, a threat to do genocide?<br /><br /> Could we consider that their plan was to use the threat of near instantaneous mass destruction, at an uncertain moment, so as to create paralyzing fear so that we could not

  • your reply mr carlson may be true ,as a hindu monk 40+ years we still say ufos or whatever you call them are real.

    • I&#39;m not saying that UFOs aren&#39;t real; I&#39;m saying that there were no UFOs involved in the loss of missiles at Malmstrom AFB in March 1967. Both Robert Hastings and Robert Salas are proven liars who created these UFO hoaxes in order to profit from their numerous lectures, books, and DVDs. As for other UFOs, while I think that most eye-witness reports are insufficient to prove

    • Thanks for the info. Very interesting, it&#39;s very easy<br />in the UFO world to just believe peoples stories with any evidence.
