To those who are not familiair with World UFO Day yet. On July 7th in 1947 a UFO supposedly crashed in the Rosewell Desert. This brought much media attention to the subject and in 2001 World UFO Day was declared on this day. On UFO Day people are invited to get together and celebrate the existence of UFOs. Ufologist Allen Benz says: unlike other organisations, we are not trying to force the government to disclose the truth. We are just collectively celebrating something that we already believe and know to be real!
Want in on the fun? Get your alien DVDs, heat the BBQ, get your binauculars and call your friends. Because on July 2nd, the parties should be “out of this world”. For more information and locations, check out the World UFO Day website for instructions and inspiration.
