I was stationed at Patrick AFB and I lived in Cape Canaveral. I have seen this many times and it is the solid rocket booster separation (SRB SEP) from the rocket,, nothing else. It is cool though and I miss not seeing that stuff anymore...

I've seen this before. Yes, it is the boosters breaking of as the rocket gets farther into space. They eject from the rocket with it's zero gravity sensors get to the outer atmosphere of earth. They will appear is if they are hovering. The pulsating is the rocket booster afterburners in the zero gravity before falling back to earth. Not UFO's if you can identify them. LOL
I'm sorry, but if that rocket was in space you wouldn't still see the vapor trail, those lights are holding in a rigid formation in the atmosphere, if it were the boosters they would still be emitting vapor trails and would not stay in rigid formation, they would most likely be tumbling as they dropped back to Earth. My opinion, I may be wrong, but they don't look like boosters to me.
first of all, cool rocket video! i think those lights were something from the rocket. or maybe ufos checking out the launch.
