This looks too fake to me. It really looks like the camera person is moving the camera to make it look like the object is moving. It stops for a second, then goes again, stops.. then goes again.. it wobbles with the camera person's wobbly hand. Fake.
This person doesn't seem that excited lol!
agreeable...silicone based..transparent-like bubble.common sense tells you THIS DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE A SPACESHIP..GEEEZE
It's a balloon
if anything, its a weather balloon
Yea, why would the object wobble too?
It is indeed real footage. I am using an 800mm lens which is Canon's biggest w/ 2x extender. I contacted a balloon scientist at NASA and she said it is a google "loon". I updated in the video's description. It is NOT a "flying saucer" never said it was. Just a balloon.

Specifically this model:
http://cdn.ndtv.com/tech/images/gadgets/
The Loon is very interesting technology, sounds like there could be more mistaken identities as this program is expanded. But what is odd, is it's only pilot program that has only begun tested in NZ so far:

http://www.google.com/loon/where/

Besides that, it's a 15 meter balloon that hovers around 20km or over 60,000 feet in the stratosphere. Does that "NASA
lol
BALLOON !
A giant flying condom
i noticed that too. and also there is no reference point to anything. how high is it? how far away? at what speed does it appear to be moving? for a nice clear daytime shot, which is kind of rare, this video should show all these points. to me it just looks like a big white balloon.
not a fake.
but it IS an infamous weather balloon.
