New video of a huge unidentified flying objects flying above Rome, Italy 5-Sep-2013

UFO sightings – These two huge disc-shaped objects were seen and recorded in the sky above Rome in Italy on 5th September 2013.

Witness report: bright object appeared September 5, 2013 time 1:00 am in the sky of Rome. since the object becomes smaller and releases other objects was no longer visible to the naked eye but only to night vision.

  Nope. Of course you'd need experience to tell the difference. Those are very bright lights. Mid air re-fueling happens at high altitude over great distance.
