• yes, it is absolutely a blimp. blimps have lights like that. strange place and time for a blimp, though.

  • What time was it? I didn't hear him say. I have seen a lot of blimps, but the lights on a blimp are advertising, these lights are just flashing, there's no advertisement. If anything, it's probably someone messing around with one of those quadcopters with lights around it.

  • i only guessed that it was a blimp because of the cylindrical shape of the lights, and that it floated away like he said.
