Witness report: This is the second night in a row I filmed this hoovering light from my 23 floor balcony. I’ve seen lights like this filmed before and realise it could be an incoming plane on a flight plan with atmospheric conditions…in fact the only sightings I’ve ever had in the past few years have been on flight plans near airports, not just in a busy city but in the wilderness. This light phenomenon is morphing.I was drawn to it and asan abductee I take this feeling seriously.

since you live in toronto which has 2 major airports that would be a plane. the video is way too close up and bouncy, and doesn't show us the lights in relation to anything around it.
Very difficult to tell = due to distance<br />Yet I was not there to know further detail<br />How long was the light/s witnessed *<br />Keep a eye open day and night<br />Night filming is difficult compared to day time filming<br />Pay close attention around the CN Tower *<br />Good will hunting ****<br />
