its a balloon<br />
This object could be a lot of things besides an alien spaceship. There's just no evidence in this video at all, for all we know it could be a balloon, or a plastic bag, I didn't see any detail at all. Not very convincing.
saw and have pics of an object exactly like this from a couple months ago. it did noy behave like a balloon most tellingly as it completely disappeared from one second to the next after about 20 minutes. this is real
