Author and producer Mark Pilkington is offering a new twist on the traditional UFO conspiracy theory. What if, Pilkington asks in his film Mirage Men, the original idea of extraterrestrials visiting Earth was cooked up by the government, and not by normal civilians as conventional wisdom suggest?
