Definitely American experimental aircraft?
Very good steady video for a change. But can't help thinking it's a string balloons the way the object turned around. It didn't look like a solid form. But interesting nevertheless.
You may notice, from pictures close to the end, that the lights are actually attached to a black V shaped object.
