changes in brightness could be sunlight catching a reflective surface
What an amazing video over Brazil it is ironic that on You Tube they are toking about a possible Asteroid hitting 200 miles in the sea in the Atlantic Ocean near Brazil on the 24th of September 2015 and it is amazing that a Cigar Shaped UFO was filmed in Brazil in the same year

I saw one of these several years ago in the sky above Ft Wayne, IN. It was a cloudless blue sky, and the object was cigar shaped just like this, with no wings or fuselage I could see. It was very large - larger than a plane, and longer/thinner than a balloon. It moved very slowly across the sky. I watched it for several minutes before looking away, and when I looked back it was gone. No clouds, nowhere to disappear to. Just gone. It was approx 2PM and sunny - I was walking home.
Wish I had that kind of music on my camera.
