A close similarity to the July 8th capture with the forward array going out but also slightly different. One noticeable difference is that the July 8th center light gradually gets brighter and slowly dims.

That's an air rescue chopper, also referred to as an "Air Ambulance", as Amy quite rightly guessed.
THAT IS A UFO not a ambulance
