Here are two UFO videos that were filmed by two different persons. They both show unknown lights hovering in the sky above Milquakee in Wisconsin on 25th July 2015.

Impressive capture, as clearly two witnesses filmed the same thing from different angles. But what is it? I can't say, but I intend to do some research. This is a rare case of something that's really got me intrigued. Thanks for posting this.

the most simple answer is always the right one.
Flares. You can see the smoke trail on the right on the first video. And the lights are just falling down... like flares.
Balloons, flares, sky divers, Yawn.
