A halo is an optical phenomenon produced by light interacting with ice crystals suspended in the atmosphere, resulting in a wide variety of colored or white rings, arcs and spots in the sky (Wikipedia).

that's really great cgi. probably some of the best i've seen. if it's not, why isn't this all over the news? oh that's right. because we're not supposed to believe in ufos.
This "investigation" is rubbish. The TV show did not show where the man was standing, which way he was facing, what time of day it was or what sort of camera he used. For these reasons I have to say it's a fake.
