Mr. Ruiz,
I am thankful that you have come forward with this report (and your evidence). Personally, I think the object you saw is made by our government and it is for reconnaissance. It maybe a test of some new technology being worked on near your house. As you know there are many private companies that contract with DARPA and other agencies to work on new ideas.I just hope it says USA in tiny letters on the bottom. Good luck to you and your family.
