looks like you've caught some spectacular footage! nope, not satellites, not meteors, not anything except something other-worldly.
It's probably a drone
The circling manoeuver is identical to a wide turn performed by a jet airplane flying high (thus the contrail it is leaving behind). Most likely a military jet doing night training.
