This was filmed over Baltimore, MD on 24th October 2018 and it was just recently reported to MUFON.
Witness report: Three white lights in a Right angle triangle next to TV hill that fade. While driving to the park with my cousin to take my dog for a walk, i noticed 3 lights in a triangle pattern to the right of the tv hill towers. i started recorded, we had to go around a couple blocks as there was traffic and road work at the time and no where to pull over. the video i am attaching shows the lights to the right of the tv towers. the topic most light quickly fads out while the other 2 remain and then start to fad out. at this time i can not get a hold of my cousin to make a report.

You said it was October 2018, which hasn't come up yet and won't for 8 more months. Perhaps you meant to say October 2017?

SORRY NOT ENOUGH CRITICAL VIDEO JUST LIGHTS THAT ANYONE AND ANYTHING COULD HAVE A ANSWER FOR THESE SIMPLE LIGHTS IN THE SKY BASICALLY PROVE TO ME THAT THESES ARE UFOS OR JUST CHILDRENS TOYS

I would just like to add, in February I believed I encountered the same thing while at work in downtown Baltimore. it was before 6 p.m and I noticed what I believed to be an airplane travleling pretty fast in my direction. Once I focused in on it,it stopped completely. I was fascinated because I seen IT WITH MY VERY OWN EYES. not sure how much time elapsed but a black helicopter came shortly after. I would assume to assess the situation. it was neat. it resembled a star in the sky. had I not seen it for myself I would have questioned it also. but it definitely lets me know its more here to this world.
