To me these are ground flares, unless this craft is turning on it axles and that is the reason for one point of light goes off and then reappears. I also believe these lights are going down or moving away from the cameraman.
Have we not seen enough nuclear warheads in controlled burn offs to not recognize a controlled nuclear warhead burn off when we see it?
Can we not say a prayer of thanks to Father for sending Sir Casper and His Martian angels in to burn off all of the nuclear warheads shot at us?
