Definitely not a portal but something flying that left a trail. When one zooms in on the video it looks like some pixelation is taking place too. I'd just say something left a trail of smoke or vapor and after a bit disappeared from view. It may have stopped the action causing the trail or was too far to be seen. There are a LOT of possibilities for this video, none really rock my world, but interesting.
Its not a Asteroid thats for sure.
