This interesting UFO footage was filmed over Florianópolis, the capital of southern Brazil’s Santa Catarina state, on 25th August 2020.
Witness report: A cigar shaped objected that seem to hover and slowly shapeshift. this was witnessed by multiple people and even made “news” on a local Instagram for the city of Florianopolis at the time (2018), called @floripamilgrau.
This was recorded by a friend roughly at 27°37’00.3″S 48°31’41.7″W on a freeway alike road. He did not stayed there to see where the object ended up going.

Sometimes a disc, viewed edge on, appears to be cigar shape.:-)
