I saw the same thing last night in AR
I was on the 15 fwy in Murrieta on the same night. I saw them and thought they looked odd. I drove off the fwy to try and get to that location. when I got off the fwy, it was difficult to find the location that the bright beam of light was coming from. So I gave up, and went home.
I saw the same thing, so glad someone was able to capture it. Thank you.
