This happens when a diesel powered piece of equipment start sometimes it has an exhaust pipe that sticks straight up. I’ve seen this many many many times. It’s a travesty they use this as a potential UFO sighting. This denigrates all the serious work being done by serious researchers.

These are caused by Big-Rig truck smoke stakes ..when first started they can do those rings ..Sorry no Saucer People
