UFO changing speed and direction over Redmond, Washington 19-Oct-2021

This strange UFO activity was filmed in the sky above Redmond, Washington on 19th October 2021.

Witness report: I was looking up at the evening sky and saw what I thought was a satellite moving near the first visible planet of the evening (I am unsure which planet). There was light, intermittent cloud cover as the moon was lower in the sky and obscured by the clouds, however its light was visible. I noticed the object dim and then brighten very rapidly and change direction erratically. Its speed kept changing as it moved near the visible sky around the stationary planet nearest the tree.
