Who knows if Bob Lazar is for real or not,none of us ,or most anyway,are not qualified to say one or the other.Anything is possible.Have any of you heard of the Looking Glass project.
It really does not matter what Bob is saying. Perhaps you might wonder why you are hearing it. Maybe only the information that they want you to hear is made "public". Is that not how social engineering works?
