I had seen this same one on May 17th at around 3:15 pm over Waynesboro, GA
maybe it's a very fast traveling ufo? or maybe a fleet of sister ships? keep your eyes peeled ????????????

The way it is floating around it looks like a semi-deflated balloon or big plastic bag.
