UAP Disclosure 2024: Will Congress Finally Reveal the Truth?

As we approach 2024, discussions about unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) are heating up once again, with new Congressional hearings anticipated. The prospect of transparency around UAPs, still often called UFOs, has intrigued the public for decades. Yet, a central question remains: is there a clear, genuine plan for disclosure, or is history set to repeat with vague answers and deferred transparency?

The History of UAP Secrecy and Congressional Roadblocks

The secrecy around UAPs has been a constant feature of government behavior for over half a century. In the 1960s, efforts to hold governmental inquiries into unidentified objects in the skies fell flat, with a significant lack of cooperation from those in power. Similarly, in the early 1990s, Congressman Steven Schiff, representing New Mexico—a state with close ties to UAP lore due to the Roswell incident—pursued the truth behind Roswell. He encountered substantial resistance and alleged illegal destruction of records from the late 1940s, raising suspicions that a secretive agenda was in place to keep UAP information out of the public eye.

Despite many attempts over the years, UAP disclosure has continually run into walls of bureaucratic evasion and claims of national security concerns. Recent history has shown some progress, such as David Grusch’s testimony in 2023, where the former intelligence officer testified before Congress, claiming that the U.S. government possessed both alien technology and “non-human biologics.” His statements drew public attention, but concrete governmental acknowledgment remains elusive.

With fresh hearings set for 2024, many are asking whether anything substantial will be revealed. But the path to transparency remains riddled with challenges.

Congress’s Renewed Interest: A Different Landscape?

Unlike in previous decades, there is now a broader Congressional interest in UAPs. Where Congressman Schiff once stood alone, there are now multiple lawmakers pushing for answers. Many members appear genuinely curious, if not outright concerned, about the implications of UAPs for national security and public trust. However, it remains unclear whether this interest will translate into real action or whether any disclosed information will have lasting significance.

The upcoming hearings present a promising but uncertain landscape. Although some Congressional representatives have shown genuine interest, the broader institutional inertia and entrenched secrecy may mean that, once again, answers will be few and limited. Furthermore, it’s not yet clear which witnesses will testify or what topics the hearings will cover. Some speculate that Admiral Tim Goudet could be a key figure, though his exact role has not been confirmed. Without clarity on the agenda and witnesses, it’s difficult to predict how impactful these hearings might be.

Immaculate Constellation: A Key to Disclosure?

Among the more intriguing claims associated with UAP secrecy is the existence of an alleged program named “Immaculate Constellation.” This program is said to contain a massive repository of information about UAPs, including photos, videos, and documentation gathered over many years. If this database exists, it could represent the most comprehensive collection of UAP evidence in government possession. However, as with many aspects of UAP investigations, there is little verified information available.

The idea of a centralized database filled with UAP evidence is not entirely new; in the 1970s, a similar program was rumored, sparking speculation that Immaculate Constellation could be a continuation or evolution of that initiative. The existence and contents of such a database, if confirmed, could fundamentally shift public understanding of the UAP phenomenon. Whether Congress will pursue or even acknowledge the Immaculate Constellation database remains uncertain, but its potential inclusion in upcoming hearings could be a turning point for disclosure advocates.

Timing and Political Context: Will Elections Cloud the Issue?

The timing of the 2024 UAP hearings, shortly after the U.S. presidential election, adds another layer of complexity. The political climate following the election will likely be highly charged, with accusations, investigations, and possibly contested results affecting the national mood. In this tense environment, Congress may struggle to maintain focus on objective investigation and transparent disclosure about UAPs. Furthermore, the outcome of the election could result in members of Congress transitioning out of office, raising questions about the continuity and stability of UAP investigations.

Given these factors, it’s unclear whether the upcoming hearings will result in significant developments or whether they will be overshadowed by political distractions. The timing of these hearings could mean that even if new information is shared, it might not receive the attention it warrants from either the public or the media.

The Potential for Disclosure: Reasons for Cautious Optimism

Despite these challenges, there is reason for cautious optimism. David Grusch’s testimony in 2023 opened the door to new discussions, and many lawmakers are now publicly voicing a commitment to transparency regarding UAPs. While the official stance remains one of denial, there is growing pressure on government bodies to provide more than just token responses. However, public expectations should remain measured. The government’s longstanding culture of secrecy, reinforced by concerns over national security and public stability, suggests that full transparency remains unlikely in the near future.

The 2024 UAP hearings are shaping up to be an important moment in the long journey toward disclosure. Yet, questions persist about whether there is a genuine plan for transparency or whether the hearings will simply be a repeat of past disappointments. With growing public interest, increased Congressional attention, and the tantalizing possibility of a vast UAP information database, there is a real chance for meaningful insights.

However, the entrenched secrecy surrounding UAPs and the politically charged post-election climate mean that expectations should be tempered. While the upcoming hearings may not reveal the full truth about UAPs, they represent an opportunity to push for accountability and perhaps set the stage for future disclosures.

Only time will tell if the UAP Disclosure 2024 will mark a turning point or simply another chapter in the ongoing mystery.

  • After studying all the materials about UFOs, it becomes quite obvious that since the late 40s of the twentieth century, a secret project has been developing in the United States for the development and production of aircraft, where the lifting force is created using high-frequency vibration. It all started with James Pitts' "Sky Car" vibrating orthotopter umbrella, then the umbrella was closed with a dome and devices appeared according to the scheme of conventional electromagnetic vibrating speakers (membrane + inductance) - fragments of the membrane were found by a farmer in Roswell. Then they created piezoelectric thrusters, or with small dischargers on the surface (they glowed all over the body due to ionization of the air), and now they are planes with plasma propulsion panels (so they are angular - that is, with flat surfaces). Thousands of discharge cells are densely packed into motor panels - they shoot streams of plasma (railgun architecture - coaxial electrodes). The ionized air of the spark discharge is accelerated in the railgun chamber by the Lorentz force to enormous speeds - a kind of ramjet engine is obtained. Just imagine! - tens of thousands of small ramjet engines assembled in panels and launching plasma synchronously at a huge frequency (hundreds of kilohertz). Plasma jets form toroidal air vortices - this air cushion creates lift and acceleration. See, for example, the MARAUDER (Magnetically Accelerated Ring to Achieve Ultra-high Directed Energy and Radiation) project.

My article "UFOs are made in the USA" and the books "UFO Hunt" and "UFO Elimination" describe all this in detail. The technology is quite mundane - it is known in great detail thanks to information leaks. For example, air ionization in the coaxial elements of a railgun is created using radiation (radioactive polonium is introduced into the metal). Devices of this type were used throughout the 50s-60s-70s-80s for secret missions (they took off, as a rule, from special submarines). With the fall of the USSR, their use by the United States was practically curtailed (in the novel "Little Green Men" by Christopher Buckley, speechwriter Bush Sr., a scene is described where the US president decides to curtail the "flying saucer" project). The winding down of the project can be recorded by the drop in magnesium consumption in the United States, since such fuel was used in fuel cells (magnesium strips were burned in forced galvanic batteries), this is 2007-2008. However, later the development of the technology continued in the Russian Federation and China (the technology was restored by reverse engineering methods for downed devices). Secrecy, however, was maintained and there was no civilian use because the technology was not suitable for it - harmful microwave radiation from pulsed plasma thrusters (harm to pilots and impact on electrical appliances inside and along the flight line). The payload is small (but one nuclear charge is enough). There is no radio communication - unmanned vehicles can fly and maneuver only in accordance with the program. Previously, there was a narrow application profile - rare spy missions (so that pilots do not get a lot of radiation). Reconnaissance aircraft of this type were often observed at military bases, missile launch sites and airfields. They were even seen by peaceful geologists in the taiga, where clearings for seismic exploration were laid - UFOs flew there to check whether military construction was underway (I myself heard stories about this))). I think that soon this technology will be declassified, and cargo airships with flickering round plasma panels on the surface of the hull will appear in the Arctic sky.

Russian experts know that UFOs are secret espionage equipment from the United States. "Flying saucers" - terrestrial technology. These are disc-shaped objects or triangular or diamond-shaped objects with luminous zones at the bottom and on the sides. The secret technology is plasma panels made of cells with rail-electronic accelerators. They are simply arranged in the form of circular zones around the perimeter and at the bottom of the device. A column of circular vortices is created from below and in the course of movement - this is how the device flies... Find the "UFO made in the USA" material on the Aftershock website or the videos Declassified UFO and UFO Anatomy on my channel. It's in Russian, but it's not an obstacle. Now, when there is a boom in publications about UFOs and aliens in the United States, all this is rarely mentioned in the Russian media and always with irony.
