France has a long history of UFO sightings, with many people reporting seeing strange lights and other unexplained phenomena in the skies over the country. Some of the most famous UFO sightings in France include the “Lorraine UFO” incident in 1981, in which a group of people reported seeing a large, triangular-shaped craft hovering over the town of Carpentras, and the “Trans-en-Provence UFO” incident in 1981, in which a farmer reported seeing a small, circular object land in his field and leave behind physical evidence.
