Very strange video indeed but wish we had more information like: How long were they there and did anyone else witness them? Was it featured on the local news, etc.

That looks like the constellation Cassiopia.
yes but it's definitely not that constellation! to get the stars that big and keep the house the same size, in a close-up, would be impossible.
hard to believe… especially when you are in OAKLAND !! ANY strange activity over a major city should have A FRIKIN' LOT of videos and sightings. This is the only one of this type anywhere around Oakland. Sorry, try again, buddy :/
