Here’s a new video of a bright object/ORB that was hovering in the night sky above Hanover on the River Leine, the capital of the federal state of Lower Saxony. This happened on 21st March 2016.

It must be Venus coming in to land!
One day when I lived in Hannover (Mar,’92-Dec,’95), I saw, in broad daylight, a triangle-shaped aircraft at low altitude above downtown, flying in very jerky directions at such speed as creating G forces for any occupants of the craft in excess of what a human body could withstand. There was neither sound nor visible means of propulsion. I was never a believer in alien visits, but was reminded of what I saw in Hannover this year when I read and saw accounts by U.S. Navy pilots encountering similar craft in similar flight behavior. As one pilot stated about craft captured on video, “Not of this world.”
To clarify, I amend one sentence: “I was never a believer in alien visits, but was reminded this year (2019) of what I saw in Hannover that day back in the ’90s when I recently read and saw accounts by U.S. Navy pilots encountering similar craft in similar flight behavior.”
