Latest UFO sightings – New UFO footage was submitted to www.Latest-UFO-Sightings today from Venice, Florida. These photos were taken on Thursday, 15th April 2010 around 8:30
Hello “Latest Sightings,”
At night on Thursday, April 15, 2010, three friends I went to a beachside park slightly north of
Venice, Florida , maybe to see some sort of UFO — often reported from this area (southw est coast
of FL). The sky was clear, and for the first hour we saw nothing moving up above except planes
and helicopters, both with flashing lights and making plenty of motor noise. Around 8:30 we noticed
a small cluster of lights moving together toward us from over the Gulf — completely silent and
not blinking. As they moved closer to the beach, a bright beam shot down from them and scanned a
small area of shallow water offshore for about 10 to 20 seconds. They passed over the beach about
a quarter mile south of where we were in the park.
L uckily I captured two photos, thinking that when I processed them in Photoshop I’d see some outline
of a plane or copter, but as you can see in the attachments, there are only five lights, with stars
shining through the areas between them where we might expect to see some indication of a fuselage or
other structure to which the lights were attached.
The pictures were taken with a D90 Nikon digital camera with, unfortunately, only a 90mm lens, so the
lights are very small in the original raw images. In Photoshop, I enlarged and cropped the photos quite a
bit , lightening them overall, and increasing contrast to show the stars against the background sky. Although
the mysterious five lights are pixilated in these photos, it certainly appears that they are not attached
to a solid body of any kind. (Enlarge to 200% to see a bit more detail.)
If you would like to look at the original raw images, I can send them so you can see that no object in the
photos was added, deleted, moved or altered in any way. My three friends can attest to witnessing this

glad to see someone else is seeing things in the sw-florida sky!!! on feb 10 my daughter was at sweetbay parking lot in Venice-jacaranda store and she and several others in parking lot saw a group of lights -no sound – moved slow then fast – side to side then gone like a bolt of lightning -everyone who saw this was in shock but of no news story about it!!! thank you for sharing your photos and
I went of my home near Nokomis, Fl at 9PM, which a half of a mile, observed a bright light over the Gulf of Mexico. I took out a pair of binoculars and did not see a red or green light which would indicate an airplane. I call out my wife and she saw the object. I went over to a neigbors house and he came out and witnessed the bright light.
