In all honesty it looks like nothing more that light reflected prismatically on a window or sky blue background. With a frame of reference, a sky line or some such, it's hard to believe this is anything else.
Nothing special, it looks more like a balloon<br />stratospheric.
It actually looks like it's rotating, the 2nd half of the clip you can see it very clearly. Thanks, great footage!
I saw the object. It hovered in the sky for several minutes. At first I thought it was tower lights but there was no tower.

It seems to me that perhaps 6-8 of these UFO reports could have been due to stratospheric balloons.
