1. Here we have a round object which appears to &quot;float&quot; or drift through the sky. That could easily be a balloon of some kind. We don&#39;t see any movement that would indicate someone controlling object, just drifting thru sky.<br /><br />Determination: EXPLAINABLE

2. In my opinion what we can see is a metal globe of what is sold in stores .. moves because the cameraman moves the camera continuously.
