Is it just me or is this ridiculous. These are balloons. No movement of the balloons, just drifting with the wind. <br /><br />DETERMINATION: EXPLAINABLE
First of all if someone has filmed more then one UFO video in his or her life this sets off my hoaxer alarm.<br /> The powers that be love UFO hoaxers,it clouds the truth and makes their job of cover up much easier.
