This is a footage of UFO activity recorded in St. Petersburg, Russia in the same night as previous one over Cathedral. Author of the video reports there were numerous witnesses of this phenomenon.

With 3 other witnesses available, why didn't the videographer stop them to confirm his sighting? Would have made a stronger case for the video.
