I took a picture of the same thing in Crestview, FL on July 4th, 2011- just north of Shalimar! I BELIEVE YOU Makenna and Donna Foster!
I saw a UFO myself just north of Shalimar back in 1995. It was just north of Shalimar over the approximate location of the main gate of Eglin AFB. It was a silver metallic, teardrop-shaped object that moved very fast, seemingly random, and very erratic. It reminded me of a drop of mercury how it "wiggled" and "danced".
