Use of different types of outdoor lighting,which seems to hang in the sky. The video didn't seem to have any of these characteristics.

Around March 1st and 2nd I saw about 6:20 am passing in front of my Astronomy binoculars a white object going South-North at an incredible speed. I was actually looking at Mars which is on the West side above the horizon. I could barely keep up following the object. On March 2nd, at about the same time in the morning I was watching Saturn in my scope and a white object crossed my binoculars at
I have to agree, seeing as they all come from the same area, and then flicker out, looks like the balloons you light for weddings, etc.
