It really were a balloon…i remember when i went back to Phil 3 months back saw the same thing…around 30 of them…at first it was "wow" i finally seen them live, but when i asked some uncles over there they said they were just baloons coming from clark.
to the person who posted this, it happened again last Decmber 15, 2011 here in pasig saw them and they came out by two's aster 2-3 minutes of floating they were gone. Great vid
